First edition in English, small 8vo, lacks title and a8 (reverse woodcut of The Last Supper) both supplied in facsimile, otherwise complete and collates as per the British Library copy, extensive early underlining and marginal annotations which add to the charm of the book, some words rubricated, rebound (inappropriately) in modern garish red leather, new end-papers. Colophon reads: Imprinted at London by Iohn Daye dwellyng in Sepulchres paryshe at the sygne of the Resurrection a lytle aboue Houlbourne Conduyt. ESTC S103980, scarce.
